Astronomy and the Bible:
Concerning stars and sand 
Only about three thousand stars can be seen with the naked eye, although, the bible says in Genesis 22:17, “I will bless you and multiply your descendents as the stars in the sky and as the sand on the sea shore.” Many thought that this was a biblical error basically because if you go to the beach, there are clearly more grains of sand on one beach alone than you could see in the sky, but scientist discovered that there are around 10,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 stars in the sky, the same number as sand, and every time the star count goes up, so does the sand and the stars and sand have been said that neither will ever be able to be counted. Well, this was said to be another biblical error since scientist claimed to have counted all the stars, but after that was said, new galaxies were discovered to prove them wrong. In Jeremiah 33:22, God said to David, “As the host of the heaven can not be numbered, nor the sand be measured, so will I multiply the descendents of my servant David and the Levites who ministered to Me.”
Concerning each stars unique
1 Corinthians 15:41 says, “There is one glory of the sun, another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars; for not one star is alike.” This was, again, said to be false for every star looked alike. After that was said, each star was proven to be different. Analysis of their light specter reveals all stars to be different. 

Geophysics and the Bible:
Concerning the shape of the earth
Many say, ‘Sure the earth is round, everyone knows that so anyone could put it in the Bible.’ But they fail to remember in Columbus’ era, all believed the earth to be flat, and used that as a means to undermine the Bible later to be proven wrong in saying that the earth was indeed, as mentioned in Isaiah 40:22, “It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth.” The earth was round. This was written nearly 300 years before Aristotle had the idea that the earth was round. 
Concerning the suspension of the earth
Job 26:7, “He… hangeth the earth upon nothing. This is another example of the 20th century science in the Bible. Even the existence of the hypothetical space substance called ether, Ether is a class of organic compounds which contain an ether group — an oxygen atom connected to two (substituted) alkyl or aryl groups — of general formula R–O–R'. A typical example is the solvent and anesthetic diethyl ether, commonly referred to simply as "ether" (ethoxyethane, CH3-CH2-O-CH2-CH3), is rejected by most physicists and astronomers today. The force called gravity is invoked to account for the earth’s affinity to the sun, but that doesn’t explain anything, since no one knows what gravity is or why it works. How such a mysterious ‘action at distance’ could keep the earth attached to the sun 93,000,000 miles away is quite unknown and the best explanation of it is found in Job, “He… hangeth the earth upon nothing.”

Meteorology and the Bible:
Concerning the wind patterns on the earth
Ecclesiastes 1:6, “The wind goes toward the south, and turns around to the north; the wind whirls about continually, and comes again on its circuit.” This plainly describes the patterns of the wind. 
Concerning fluid dynamics of the wind
Job 28:25, “To establish a weight for the wind, and apportion the waters by measure.” The fact that air has weight was proven scientifically only about 300 years ago. The relative weights of air and water are needed for the efficient functioning of the world’s hydrologic cycle, which in turn sustains life on the earth. 

Biology and the Bible
Concerning the life source, blood
The book of Leviticus (written prior to 1400 BC) describes the value of blood. Leviticus 17:11 “For the life of the flesh is in the blood, and I have given it to you upon the altar to make atonement for your souls; for it is the blood that makes atonement for the soul.” The blood carries water and nourishment to every cell, maintains the body’s temperature, and removes the waste material of the body’s cells. The blood also carries oxygen from the lungs throughout the body. In 1616, William Harvey discovered that blood circulation is the key factor in physical life—confirming what the Bible revealed 3,000 years earlier. 


Concerning Biogenesis
The Bible describes biogenesis (the development of living organisms from other living organisms) and the stability of each kind of living organism. Genesis 1:11,12 “Then God said, ‘Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb that yields seed, and the fruit tree that yields fruit according to its kind, whose seed is in itself, on the earth’; and it was so. And the earth brought forth grass, the herb that yields seed according to its kind, and the tree that yields fruit, whose seed is in itself according to its kind. And God saw that it was good.” Genesis 1:21 “So God created great sea creatures and every living thing that moves, with which the waters abounded, according to their kind, and every winged bird according to its kind. And God saw that it was good.” Genesis 1:25 “And God made the beast of the earth according to its kind, cattle according to its kind, and everything that creeps on the earth according to its kind. And God saw that it was good. The phrase “according to its kind” occurs repeatedly, stressing the reproductive integrity of each kind of animal and plant. Today we know this occurs because all of these reproductive systems are programmed by their genetic codes.

Hydrology and the Bible
Concerning the hydrologic cycle
One day a man sat down and decided that water fall from the sky, gets absorbed back into the sky and falls again. Well, this was originally known from the Bible. Job 36:27-29, “For he draweth up the drops of water, which distil in rain from his vapor, which the skies pour down and drop upon man aboudantly. Yea, can any understand the spreadings of the clouds, the thunderings of the pavilion?” This one verse in Job clearly describes all three parts to the water cycle before man discovered it.

Physics and the Bible
Concerning television 
Many believe that when the two prophets in Revelation die the Bible says that all will see them. This was said to be a biblical fault since not everyone on earth will be able to see such an event. That was before television. Everyone has a television or has access to a television and it would indeed be possible for all to see the bodies within a span of 3 ½ days, the time that the prophets will lay dead.

Science and the Bible
Concerning the laws of science
Even more significant than the many specific facts of science in the Bible is the remarkable truth that the most universal principles of science are also there. These are the laws of energy conservation and deterioration. The law of energy conservation states that in a closed system, in any transformation of energy from one form of energy into another (and everything that happens involves such energy transformations), the total amount of energy in the system remains unchanged. No energy is either created or destroyed. A similar law is the law of mass conservation, which states that although matter may be changed in state, density, or form, its total mass is unchanged. In other words, these basic laws teach that no creation or destruction of matter or energy is now being accomplished anywhere in the physical universe. Since matter and energy are themselves interchangeable under certain conditions, the two laws can be combined into the principle that the total mass-plus-energy is conserved. 
These conservation laws were not demonstrated quantitatively by scientists until the 19th century. However, the Bible has taught for thousands of years the same great truth--- that genuine creation is no longer taking place, contrary to the evolutionary philosophy of continuing creation. For example, Hebrews 4:3 says, “The works were finished from the foundation of the world.” The account of creation concludes with the summary statement: “Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them. And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made” (Genesis 2:1-2)
This law of mass-and-energy conservation, also known as the first law of thermodynamics, is generally recognized as the most important and basic law of science.
The second law of thermodynamics, almost as great in significance as the first, states the corollary principle of mass/energy deterioration. In any energy conversion, although the total amount of energy remains unchanged (Hebrews 1:3 says that Christ is, “upholding all things by the word of His power.”), the amount of usefulness and availability that the energy possesses is always decreased. This principle is also called the law of entropy increase; entropy being a sort of mathematical abstraction that is actually a measure of the nonavailability of the energy of a system. 
Thus, in any isolated system (that is, a system from which all external sources of energy are shut off), the energy of the system is conserved in quantity but is continually being degraded in quality as long as any energy change is taking place in the system. Some of the available energy is always dissipated in nonrecoverable friction or heat energy. Since all activities of nature (including biological activities) involve such energy transfers, there must be an ever-decreasing supply of usable energy for maintaining all natural processes in the universe as a whole. 
This law of entropy increase is responsible for the fact that no machine can be constructed to 100% efficiency and for the fact that a perpetual motion machine is impossible. Practically all the earth’s energy comes, or has come, from the sun, but most of the tremendous energy output of the sun is dissipated in space in the form of unrecoverable heat energy. This prodigious waste of energy cannot last forever. Eventually, barring supernatural intervention, the sun must burn itself out, and then all activity on the earth must cease as well. The same principle applies to all the stars of the universe, so that the physical universe is, beyond any question, growing old, wearing out, and running down. 
But this in turn means that the universe had a definite beginning. If it is growing old, it must once have been young; if it is wearing out, it must first have been new; if it is running down, it must originally have been ‘wound up’. In short, this law of energy degeneration conveys us inexorably back to the necessary truth of the existence of a Creator and a definite creation, which must have been taken place in the past but which ,according to the conservation principle, is not continuing in the present.
Scripture frequently refers to this principle of universal deterioration. For example, “Of old hast thou laid the foundation of the earth: and the heavens are the word of thy hands. They shall perish, but thou shalt endure: yea, all of them shall wax old like a garment; as a vesture shalt thou change them, and they shall by changed: But thou art the same, and thy years shall have no end.” Psalm 102:25-27
There are many other similar passages in the Bible. Thus , the Scriptures teach what science has only discovered in the past hundred years or so---namely, that in spite of an original completed creation, the universe is aging and heading inexorably toward ultimate physical death.
However, the Bible also reveals something that science could never predict: a future supernatural intervention of the Creator and His creation, destruction of the present system, and creation of a “new heaven and a new earth,” which “shall remain: and “wherein dwelleth righteousness” (Revelation 21:1; Isaiah 65:17; 66:22; & 2 Peter 3:13)
Concerning Matter and Energy
An allied truth is also indicated in Scripture. That is the essential equivalence of matter and energy---one of the most important discoveries of 20th century science. According to the famous equation of Albert Eintsein, energy is equal to matter multiplied by the square of the velocity of light. Thus, matter is essentially a manifestation of that form of energy known as atomic energy. The ultimate source of tremendous energy locked in the atom is unknown and perhaps undiscoverable by science. The magnitude of this energy or power with maintains the terrific motions and forces associated with the various subatomic particles, is evident in the fantastic power released in atomic disintegrations. Thus, the ultimate nature of matter is power. 
This basic principle of our nuclear age was suggested long ago in the proclamation of Hebrews 1:1-3, “God…. Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds; who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high.” 
That is, things are upheld by power. And the source of that power is the Creator Himself, the Lord Jesus Christ. This same tremendous truth is taught in Colossians 1:17, “By Him all things consist.” The verb here is the Greek word from which we transliterate our English word sustain and could well be translated ‘hold together’. 
In Hebrews 11:3 we find the following remarkable statement: “Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.” The matter of the universe is not ultimately physical but is composed of something that is not apparent. It was all ‘framed’, or formed, by the omnipotent word, not our of primeval matter in some chaotic form, but exnihilo, ‘out of nothing’, except the power of God.

The Greek word for worlds in this verse is essentially aeons. It means ‘world-times’, or better, ‘space-times’. In this context, it anticipates the scientific concept of the cosmos as a continuum of space and time and matter. 
Thus not only is the material substance of the universe upheld by the divine Word; it was also called into existence by that same divine Word. It is significant that the marvelous faith chapter found in Hebrews 11 begins with such an eloquent assertion of the necessity of understanding---by faith---the fact of a primeval special creation. The foundation of all faith must be faith in genuine ex nihilo creation in God as personal Creator.

Concerning Jonahs Whale
The record of Jonah and the whale has been said to be just a myth for many thousand years. According to experts the whale can not swallow anything bigger than shrimp or they will choke to death. Well, those experts need to give back their degree. In the Mediterranean Sea, where Jonah set sail, lives the sperm whale, a whale with the capability to swallow objects quite larger than a grown man. It is also true with the whale shark and other marine animals. In fact, there have been numerous times within the past one hundred years where people have been swallowed by whales and few even lived to tell about it. But then the Liberal scientists and historians say that Jonah is just a legend, but if you go to the Assyrian city Nineveh, Jonah is mentioned to be a real prophet by all Jewish historians and commentators which lived closer to the time of Jonah than any others today. 

Concerning the long day
The battle of the Israelites and the Amorite confederation is mentioned in the book of Joshua where two miracles occurred. The first, the earth slowed down and came to a stop for a full day, the second was a great hailstorm helped Joshua defeat his enemies. Many scientists say that if the earth stopped, the universe would destroy the earth as we know it. True, the earth would completely, probably, implode or be destroyed. But if it slowed down slowly, then it would not do so. Still, it would cause the earth to go through drastic changes and much destruction. So that was believed to be false in the Bible, but the prophet Habakkuk had a vision reflecting back on the time where he says, “The sun and moon stood still in their habitation”, and describes a phenomena as, “the everlasting mountains were scattered”, and “thou didst cleave the earth with rivers” all this referring to the time where the earth stood still and changes being made to the earth. It is also mention in the book of Jasher (Sefer ha Yashar). It contains the lost books of the old testament which have been given a reference to in the Bible, but none known to exist save for the contexts in the book of Jasher. It is referred to in the Bible in Hebrew as Safer ha Yashar, the book of the upright also translated as the book of the just. The book of Jasher, which is referred to in modern times as a history book, describes Noah’s flood, the long day, and many others Biblical facts. This book was written by Jasher, who knew nothing of any of these events. The book came in to print in the year 70, and was then distributed throughout the world. And, there are machines used mainly by NASA that could look at the universe thousands of years in the past, and there is one such date, roughly around the time of Joshua’s battle, that astronomical records actually turned up a missing day.

1450-1410 BC According to the Old Testament (Genesis 17:12), circumcision of newborn males was to be performed on the eighth day after birth. Why the eighth day? In 1935 Professor H. dam proposed the name "vitamin K" for the factor in foods which helped prevent hemorrhaging in baby chicks. We now know that vitamin K is responsible for the production of prothrombin by the liver. If vitamin K is deficient, there will be a prothrombin deficiency and hemorrhaging may occur, since both vitamin K and prothrombin are necessary for proper blood clotting. Oddly enough, it is only on the 5th through the 7th days of the newborn male's life that vitamin K begins to be produced (the vitamin is normally produced by bacterial action in the intestinal tract). and it is only on day eight that the percentage of prothrombin climbs above 100% of normal! The only day in the entire life of the newborn that the blood clotting element prothrombin is that high is day eight. The best day for surgical procedure like circumcision is therefore day eight. But look here at Intellicast's current graphical representation of the jet stream and you'll see it matches the Bible's description very nicely. Mount Everest, the highest mountain in the world. At its peak it's 29,028 feet. Yet the Jet Stream exists from 32,800 and 164,100 feet. Since airplanes didn't' exist in 935 BC, how was the author of Ecclesiastes able to give such an accurate description of the jet stream? Keep in mind that Ecclesiastes was written AFTER all the upheaval of Noah's flood. It is likely that Mount Everest was not as high in 935 BC as it is today, making it even more unlikely that humans could have used mountains to have discovered the jet stream. One of the verses his son read was Psalms 8:8. That particular verse mentioned "paths" in the seas. Believing that the Bible must be correct about these "paths", he set out to find them. As a result, Dr. Maury was the first to discover (in modern times) that the seas were circulating systems with interaction between wind and water.
